I am a neighbor, a loving brother, a dedicated uncle and a resident deeply rooted in the future of Dougherty.
My life has been defined by service to others, from earning the rank of Eagle Scout to serving as the President of the 'Central Georgia Model Investment Club Through Better Investing, and as a Board Trustee for Cray Chapel CME.
I'm running because I have a deep passion for helping people improve their situations. I know first hand that there is a different, better path that the citizens of this county can take and I want to be a guide for the people of District 4.
I firmly believe that an investment in the people of Dougherty will ensure our long-term success. My aim is to work with the commission to prioritize Economic Development that brings good corporate citizens willing to bring well paying jobs while also taking a stake in our neighborhoods.

Americus native and retired Air Force Lt. Colonel James "Ethan" Wolfe is running for Georgia House District 151. After 30 years of service, he's home to lead with integrity.
When our farmers struggle with crop prices, Ethan's listening ears are in the room. He's in the field with them, turning concerns into real solutions that keep family farms alive. You don't have to wonder if he'll show up - he already is - and he's ready to fight for farmers in every season.
When families worry about healthcare access, Ethan is in the room, crafting practical steps and real safeguards. Availability is everything, and Ethan has proven he's ALL IN - living here, working here, and standing with our neighbors when it matters most.
When veterans need an advocate, Ethan fights in the trenches beside them. He has led multinational teams, briefed generals, and built coalitions under pressure - with integrity as his compass. District 151 deserves a representative who sees this as a sacred responsibility, not a career move.
Fully funding public education means every classroom has the teachers, resources, and support it needs so every student can succeed. It strengthens communities, boosts local economies, and prepares our kids for the jobs of tomorrow. It's an investment in our future, not an expense.
Ethan supports term limits for the Georgia State House to ensure fresh leadership, reduce entrenched poser, and keep government accountable to the people.

Hello all!
My name is Mitchell Rosa and I am running to represent the people of Georgia's House District 152. This seat has not been contested since 2019!
As we see our once strong Democratic traditions backslide to authoritarianism, it is important that no election is won before a single ballot has been cast. I know this is going to be an uphill battle. However, it is time for the people of District 152 to have a chance to change the status quo.
It is time to build an economy that prioritizes workers and closes the ever-growing wealth gap. I look forward to sharing more of my platform and policy agenda with you.
$7.25 an hour in 2026?
Not a single person can live on $15, 080 a year.
$17 an hour for all, including servers, and a $10 an hour for incarcerated individuals.
Expanding Peach Care and creating a public option similar to Colorado and Nevada, and enshrining a woman's right to choose in our state constitution.
Establish a state committee to draft policies to foster growth in Black communities and invest in Black-owned businesses.
Wanting to further your education or career skills should not mean going into crippling student load debt.

State Representative David Sampson is uncontested for this, his third term, serving Dougherty County's House District 153. He frequently attends monthly meetings of the Dougherty County Democratic Committee, providing updates and keeping constituents abreast of activities in the Capitol.
In August, David discussed the absolutely critical nature of the upcoming elections, urging all citizens to not only VOTE to elect Democrats all the way up & down the ballot, but to work to encourage others, especially those in more rural communities, to do the same.

Harry James is an Albany, Georgia businessman and former District 5 Dougherty County Commissioner. Mr. James is the Democratic nominee running for the Georgia House of Representatives District 154 in the November 3, 2026 general election against incumbent Republican Gerald Greene
